Die equipment
We take advantage of die technique to design, make and install the equipment.
Aircraft parts(metal)
We process the parts and the material. The parts are mainly aircraft parts and the material includes tungsten, inconel, titanium, alminium, etc. We can accept order for both high-mix low-volume and trial production.
Aircraft parts(composite)
We process the wing-body fairing or the panel of doors.
Composite parts
We process CFRP which is noticeable next-generation material used in Shinkan-sen, F-1 car and artificial satellite.
Magnesium process parts
We can process magnesium with a lower-specific gravity than aluminum and with a higher intensity. It is expected to expand in application to lightweight member.
